Deloitte Middle East is focused on investing our time and resources in Arab youth to prepare them to meet the challenges of the 21st century and by joining us you will have the opportunity to play a role in this important initiative. Through the Be Entrepreneurial program, a joint Injaz Al Arab and Deloitte ME initiative awarded a USD 250,000 grant under the Deloitte 21 Global Challenge, you will have the opportunity to make a sustained impact on thousands of young Arab youth.

Your role will be to give them a real, first-hand view of the market today through bringing the real world into the classroom and to inspire them by helping them understand the significance of their education and its relevance to their success in the job market. Whether rolling up our sleeves and getting involved in social activities or welcoming students into our offices to inspire them, our people in the Middle East make a point of making a difference to the lives of people around them.
