In 2004 we launched our Innovation Program, with the premise that everyone is an innovator. Transforming the way we do business, it gives us all the opportunity to dream up new products and services to bring to market. It has truly shaped our culture. The program covers the entire innovation process from capturing an idea in an interactive online tool and the creative hub of the firm, the Innovation Academy, to creating a collaborative culture in the pursuit of breakthrough ideas and then to the successful launch of disruptive and market-making innovations.
