One of the main reasons I first joined Deloitte as a Technology Advisory consultant was to experience new challenges and exciting client work across various industries.

Coming into Deloitte from an internal role within the financial services industry, I feel there is an abundance of opportunities at Deloitte, and there is always so much energy, buzz and excitement among Deloittians. This is where I believe the line ‘I could have only done it at Deloitte’ speaks for itself.

During the last ten months, I have worked on various engagements and business development opportunities which have allowed me to develop a range of skills and knowledge in different industries and across different competencies.

My most memorable experience has been working as part of a team which performed business readiness/transition activities. It was an invaluable experience to work in a start-up company where, because of its dynamic and exciting environment, I was involved in most aspects of the engagement. It was the most diverse working environment I have experienced, with teamwork the driver for success.

I have also been involved in other interesting activities at Deloitte which were a bit of fun. I had the chance to go back to university to assist with Deloitte’s recruitment campaign which was a great way to reconnect with fellow graduates and promote our latest innovations and dynamic culture.

The people at Deloitte are what make it a great winning team. It has been an extraordinary experience working with highly intelligent and motivated people who are both supportive and inspiring. My experiences at Deloitte have been very special so far and I am very excited to see where my future at Deloitte will take me.
