In March 2011, I joined Deloitte looking for a new challenge. Nine months on and I have worked on four different projects in four different industries. Time to reflect!

Working with big names, and even on a project for Deloitte for a short time, has been and invaluable experience – the perfect start.

I am currently working with a client in Brisbane on post-merger integration. As the lead for change management and communication across 15 work streams, I have found the project complex and challenging, but it has allowed me to achieve some great results with the client.

Highlights of the project have included working with the client to draft the change management strategy, structuring high level activities and developing workshop materials.
