About our offices
In South Australia, Deloitte is the largest professional services firm and has approximately 350 staff and 27 partners operating from two offices. Our office located in Waymouth Street in the CBD serves our corporate clients, while our office located at Unley serves our private clients.
We are the only professional services firm to offer a full suite of services including Tax, Audit and Assurance, Corporate Finance, Risk Services, Consulting (including Online, EIM, Technology Assurance and Strategy and Operations), and Deloitte Private, which serves South Australia’s burgeoning privately owned businesses, as well as the increasing ranks of high net worth individuals.
Supporting a variety of clients representing all industry sectors, we are considered to be trusted advisors in the government, defence, agribusiness, energy and resources sectors due to our extensive experience in working with the organisations that operate in these sectors.
Ours is a high performance culture that thrives on the strength and success of our people. It’s a culture that sets us apart from the rest. Represented by The Deloitte Seven Signals, we take pride in the ‘way we do business’ and it shows. We’re passionate about our work and encourage you to be a part of it.

Diversity & Work Life Choices
One of the critical success factors for Deloitte’s growth has been its embrace of gender and cultural diversity to win the war for talent in this country. Deloitte has now been recognised as an equal opportunity leader for women by the Federal Government’s Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency for ten successive years.
Our people come from a diverse range of cultures, ethnic origins, age and family structures and in this increasingly global environment, it is important to embrace diversity and capitalise on the unique skills that each of our colleagues bring to the team Policies are in place for:
- flexible hours
- telecommuting
- parental leave
Community
The Adelaide offices participate in Deloitte’s major charitable and community programs including but not limited to:
- Impact Day – last year 3000 of us stepped away from our desks to have an IMPACT. 22,000 hours of volunteering for 100 different charities.
- The Spark reading program - is designed to address literacy challenges faced by students in our public schools. Whilst the focus of the program is on reading and comprehension, there is also a critical element of socialisation whereby reading mentors act as positive adult role models to students.
- Giving at Deloitte – a number of charities, nominated by Deloitte staff are supported nationally. Deloitte will match staff contributions $ for $, significantly increasing our contribution and impact.
Additionally, we regularly participate in fundraising activities for local and national charities through events such as Shave for a Cure, Red Nose Day, Daffodil Day and Jeans for Genes Day etc.
Social Club
The social club provides a broad range of exciting events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the Adelaide offices and act to tie our people together with lasting friendships. We hope to do it all with a good laugh and a respectful attitude and enable our staff to access events, festivals, one off offers, charitable initiatives and much more.
