Unlocking the potential of our people
Though we all can achieve great things on our own, by working together we can accomplish much more. To do this we find it important to know what drives our people and understand their potential and goals.
With its one-on-one approach, coaching is the ideal way of doing this. It is our ambition to make Deloitte a true coaching organisation that allows us to unlock the full potential of our people and provide everybody with a career that fits. Together we look at career opportunities that align with a person’s interests and ambitions.
At Deloitte we already have in place a number of good coaching initiatives. For example, every Deloitte employee has a counsellor for discussions about performance and career.
Yet we want to go further. Our ambition is to make coaching second nature for everybody. To make Deloitte a firm in which everybody coaches everybody and a place where we learn from each other’s experiences.
