When you first join us, you will follow a specific training programme for your department. Examples of courses are:
• IBR internship
• IAB certificate
• Introduction to BE GAAP
• Soft skill trainings: communication & presentation, client management, etc.
• Expert courses in SAP
• Milestone programmes for each level
In addition to using the skills you acquire on the job, you will have opportunities to participate in seminars. With your mentor you can discuss the training programmes that best suit your skills and experience. Depending on your own specific needs and career goal setting, Deloitte offers you the possibility to follow external evening courses, for example earning an additional master’s degree or an MBA.
