1. Where can I learn about current opportunities with Deloitte Canada?

All current openings are posted on our careers website. Go to our Job Search page to search for available positions and submit your application online.

2. What should I do if I can’t find an opportunity that matches my skills?

If you don’t see a suitable position currently available, there’s is a good chance that an opportunity requiring your skills and experience will be available in the future. Check back often as new positions are posted daily.

3. How can I send my CV/resume to Deloitte Canada?

All candidates must apply online by submitting their resume directly for a posted position. Click on our Careers Gateway page, select your country, and click on the Enter button to begin your search.

4. What if I am interested in more than 1 position posted on your Careers Website?

Please submit a separate application online for each position you would like to apply to. The online application system will remember your profile information – this will make additional applications a much quicker process.

5. Can I submit a general application to Deloitte Canada?

We do not accept applications for general consideration. We are a large firm and fill hundreds of positions every year, so we wouldn’t want your resume to get lost in a pile. It is actually in your best interest to apply to a specific open position on our website for a number of reasons: We know what jobs you are interested in, the recruiters are easily able to see your resume and we can quickly get in touch with you if you are a qualified candidate.

In order to submit your resume directly to a posted position, please start at our Careers Gateway page, select your country, and click on the Enter button to begin your search. You can modify other criteria in the search page to narrow down your area of interest.

6. What if I want to apply to a position with Deloitte outside of Canada?

Deloitte has offices in nearly 150 countries. If you would like to make an application to a specific country, visit our World of Opportunities  pages. Use the map to navigate to your Deloitte location of choice. First, select a region, then go to the specific location. For some countries you will also be able to submit a general profile for future consideration by selecting the general profile link. That country's recruiting team will review your resume and will contact you directly if they would like to interview you.

7. I live overseas but would like to work in Canada. Do you accept applications from International applicants?

We welcome applicants globally. If you are interested in one of our posted positions in Canada, please apply online directly to the specific position that you are interested in.

8. I don’t want to fill out a web application. Is there another way I can apply to the position?

Applying online through our Careers website is the only way to apply to positions at Deloitte Canada. It is the only means by which we can track qualified candidates

9. What can I expect after I submit my resume and application online?

Within 24 hours, we will send an automatic acknowledgement to the email address you’ve given us. Your information will be captured in our database and the recruiter will review your application for the position you applied for. If there are other positions that match your skill set and goals, the recruiter may match you to other appropriate opportunities, if available. A recruiter will only contact you if you are a qualified candidate.

10. What is the typical assessment process?

All candidates follow our Firm’s standard hiring and interview processes.  This would include a telephone screen, an HR interview, and several interviews with the hiring manager and business, depending on the level and complexity of the position. The hiring manager(s) are involved in the final decision to hire the successful candidate.

11. How can I get an update on my application status?

A recruiter will contact you directly if you are a candidate under consideration. Unfortunately, the recruiters are unable to contact every applicant due to the number of applications we receive.

12. Can I contact a recruiter directly with any questions I have?

Due to the number of applications we receive, our recruiters are only able to contact and respond to qualified candidates with any question they may have.  It is not possible for us to respond to all queries, however please ensure that your contact information (phone & email) on your resume is accurate since that information is vital to our outreach.

13. Where does Deloitte have offices?

Deloitte has offices in nearly 150 countries. Within Canada, Deloitte has more than 50 offices. To find a particular office location, go to the Offices link on the Deloitte.ca careers website. From there, you will be able to narrow your search by country or for cities within Canada.

14. Does Deloitte provide support for ongoing education?
