A plan for you. Our core health, supplemental health, and dental plans – the nuts and bolts of our healthcare plan – are all geared toward ensuring your care and that of your dependents. We fund a Health Spending Account for you, too, to help cover additional eligible medical expenses.
Our wellness subsidy is especially popular. We give 50 percent reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually, for gym memberships, aerobics classes, yoga, or whatever gets you going. Use your subsidy for activities that are meaningful to you – everything from art lessons to music lessons to paying for a dog walker while you’re at work.
Confidential support. Life will have its ups and downs, so we provide an Employee Assistance Program. It’s a Deloitte-paid confidential counseling service that can help you work through life and work issues related to nutrition, stress, home care, and much more.
Helping families. Becoming a parent is one of the most significant events in life – and a time when people need to be with their families. That’s why our benefits in support of maternity, paternity, or adoption support are at the top of the industry.
Already have kids? Our Family Support Services provide up to three days of emergency child care when it’s needed, or caregiver support when regular arrangements for elderly relatives break down. A big help if you’re juggling the demands of work and home.
