Career coaching. We believe in supporting each other. Every individual has both a performance coach to provide career counseling and a “buddy” who helps navigate day-to-day life in our workplace. You’ll likely also serve as a buddy for someone else. You and your coach will meet formally at least three times a year and informally throughout the year, to discuss career goals and to review performance.
Onward and upward. At Deloitte, we have a confidential, web-based Upward Feedback program that allows you to provide feedback on your manager’s performance. Your feedback becomes part of an evaluation that is tied to annual reviews for all business leaders. One more important way for us to make sure our employees’ voices are heard – and heeded.
