We fund a Health Spending Account for you, and our wellness programs are incredibly flexible. Like many employers, we provide financial support for a gym membership, aerobics classes, yoga, or whatever gets you up and going. But we can also help with dog walking or maid services too.
Deloitte's Employee Assistance Program is a confidential advisory service that can help you work through life and work issues, including nutrition, home care for dependents, and more. We also provide emergency child care when your regular arrangements fall through.
Time off. Time to recharge. Vacation isn't a favor. It's something you earn, and here you can earn a lot. Recharging your mental and emotional batteries makes you more effective when you come back, so we encourage you to turn off your email and voicemail when you go. We also give you three personal care days a year, that can be used at any time – including between Christmas and New Year’s. And, of course, you get all statutory holidays. Unpaid leave is an option if you need even more time away from work.
