You’ll jump right in. At first, you’ll be too absorbed in learning new things – about your client, your industry, your service area and Deloitte – even to notice the time. You’ll learn a lot about yourself too. Like how much initiative you have. What you can figure out on your own. And what you don’t know – yet. But don’t worry. Your Deloitte team will be with you every step of the way.

Routine projects? Not likely. No matter which service area you choose, no two days are ever the same. On any given day you might dig deep into a complex client problem, brainstorm with your Deloitte manager, or present recommendations to the client’s top decision-makers. It’s not unusual for first-year hires to interact with client CFOs and CEOs.
