Recruitment Process

Are you excited about everything you have seen so far, and can't wait to join Deloitte? By completing the 6-step selection process, you will get closer to the best starting point of your career:

Step 1 Online Application

Take about 20 minutes to complete your profile and application form including education, career motivation, positions of responsibility and work experience.

NOTE: You cannot change your profile once you submit the application.

Step 2 Ability Test

Since 2011, Deloitte China has adopted the Verbal Reasoning Ability Test and Numerical Reasoning Ability Test in the campus recruitment selection. At the same time, additional tests have been put in place for Consulting and FAS applicants, which include Logical Reasoning and Work Strength.

Step 3 Group Assessment

Participate in a four-step group assessment including self-reading, peer group discussion, Q&A and presentation; and distinguish yourself from your peers. A number of highly experienced business and HR assessors will supervise and evaluate your performance at each step.


Step 4 Partner Interview

Be yourself and convince a Deloitte partner or director of your talent in a 30-minute face-to-face interview. Prepare to talk about yourself and discuss specific experiences that demonstrate relevant competencies.


Step 5 Offer

If you have been successful throughout the whole selection process, you will receive a formal written offer soon. We look forward to having you on-board in the near future!
