Our Learning Curriculum

Orientation
Once on board with Deloitte, all newly recruited employees participate in a week’s orientation program at our premises in Athens. New employees are introduced to the Firm and its services, the global firm vision, shared beliefs and professional ethics.

Professional Qualifications
After their first year with Deloitte, all AERS professionals are required to take on a professional qualification such as the JES (SOEL & ACCA), ACA, CPA, CIA, CISA, CFA. Deloitte funds all stages in acquiring these professional qualifications for all members of staff, whilst facilitating success through specialised training and paid study leave.

Milestone Programs
Moving up to a new role is exciting but, for many, can also be daunting. That’s why we use our milestone programs to help recently promoted professionals thrive at their new position.

Milestone programs include: u@deloitte learning program, Leading the Field (new seniors) training, the Managers Development Journey and the Senior Manager Milestone Journey. The Global New Partner Seminar aims to welcome all professionals who have made their way to Partnership and give them the chance to build their international network of colleagues within Deloitte member- firms worldwide.

Continuous Learning and Development
In a volatile market our professionals need to keep up with new information and methodologies. Deloitte has developed a Global Learning curriculum for ongoing implementation to ensure that professional staff achieves a high level of expertise and know-how at all stages of their careers. Facilitator-led learning, self-study, webcasts, on-the-job training and e-learning are some of the tools currently used to ensure that our people are constantly building competence.
