With five dedicated DCF partners and 65 staff in our offices in Dublin, Cork and Limerick (Region), our DCF team is drawn from many backgrounds.

Reorganisation Services
In working with the management and stakeholders of underperforming and financially distressed businesses, we use our expertise to maximise their recoveries and protect their investments.  Covering all aspects of restructuring, our services include performance improvement; turnaround planning and management, corporate exit services and all aspects of formal insolvency procedures.

Transaction Services
Our Transaction services team helps our clients achieve the best value from a transaction, be it through supporting stock exchange listings, public takeovers, performing pre-acquisition or pre-sale vendor assistance or vendor due diligence.  Our aim is to add more to a transaction than pure financial due diligence by delivering seamless incremental services that help our clients achieve a competitive advantage.
