Career events
Every year Deloitte Lithuania employees are visiting universities, career fairs, lectures, information sessions. That means a lot of opportunity for you to talk with Deloitte employees about what it’s like to work here. They are friendly, happy to chat with you and ready to answer your questions.
In 2012 we joined a new project “The pupil’s practice week.”
We have invited a student from a local gymnasium to perform one week practice at Deloitte Lithuania. She was presented with the particularities of each department. All departments were extremely initiative and provided specific information about daily challenges, complex assignments and cooperation with clients. At the end of practice week a student’s efforts have been evaluated by the heads of different departments as well as our partners.
About the project:
Deloitte Lithuania has signed a contract with NGO School of Success, acting in non-formal education area. The main point of the project is to provide a chance for young people to plan their career quite early and to acquire more knowledge about internal procedures of the company.
Also Deloitte Lithuania is organizing such internal events as Deloitte Christmas Party, Deloitte Summer Event, and Deloitte Alumni meeting. Employees are always happy to take place in them and get chance to know colleagues better within informal environment.
