Evaldas Grenda is a director of Deloitte Lithuania Audit department. He has more than 12 years of experience with Big 4 audit companies. His clients operate in the following industries: financial services, mining, chemicals & utilities, retail & consumer products, construction and other.
Evaldas has extensive experience in audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Lithuanian Business Accounting Standards (BAS).
Evaldas is also experienced in providing services related to transaction advisory engagements, assistance to companies in preparation for Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in international markets.
Evaldas has educated in business and finance areas - he gained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management and Master's in Finance and Banking at Vytautas Magnus University.
