To apply for one of our services complete the following steps:

•select your preferred job from the list
•register a username and password
•complete the online application form
•attach your cover letter, resume, academic transcript and recommendations
•answer all the questions so as to provide us with the best overall picture of you

Step 3: What happens after I apply?

When we receive you application it will be assessed against our predefined criteria:
1. Application
The online application considers:

•Extra-curricular activities
•Academics
•Passion, enthusiasm and motivation
•Cover letter and resume.

2. Test assessment

Cognitive reasoning and behavioural identification questions.

3. 1st interview with HR

•Motivation to join Deloitte
•Interest in your choice of Service Line
•Career opportunities.

4. 2nd interview with representatives of service line (Managers/Director or Partner)
Behavioural based interview.

5. Offer
Electronic offer letter (another way we are saving the environment!) - 2 days acceptance deadline.
