Wellness programme

At Deloitte, we not only work hard, but play hard too!

In line with our mission to encourage work-life balance among employees, newcomers in Deloitte Malaysia are automatically enrolled into the company's sports club. The club conducts a variety of fun and interesting events such as the following but not limited to:

Sports activities such as futsal, bowling, badminton, football and more. Show us your athletic prowess by participating in the annual inter-accounting firm games.

Leisure outings such as free movie screenings, paintball challenges and our annual treasure  hunts exotic locations such as Penang, Langkawi, Tioman and Pangkor. For the most recent treasure hunt, the route took employees from Petaling Jaya to Pulau Pangkor where they spent 3 days and 2 nights at Teluk Dalam Resort and took part in many interesting and exciting team activities during their stay.

Year end events: every year we celebrate our success either with a dinner and dance or year end party for the entire firm so that you can let your hair down and get to know your colleagues better. Stay fit and healthy with regular gym and health check-up sessions. Deloitte Malaysia employees enjoy corporate discounts at Fitness First and BP Health.

Study & exam leave

We are also highly supportive of your pursuit in academic achievements for career growth. Those who are pursuing relevant professional certifications will be granted study and exam leave accordingly.
