Our selection process is designed so that we can be sure you are a perfect fit for us and at the same time so you can decide if Deloitte is the right match for you. What this means is that along the way you will have plenty of opportunities to express your ambitions, strengths, and goals and discover how they compare to what is on offer at Deloitte.
If you’re ready to take your interest in Deloitte further, here’s how the process unfolds:
Step One: Fill out an online application form. At this stage you should try to match your credentials with an opening at Deloitte. Once we receive the form, we will review it and if we feel you are a possible match, we’ll invite you to take an initial ability test.
Step Two: If we feel your ability test shows promise, we’ll invite you for a competency-based interview. At this point we will be looking for you to recall examples from your personal history that demonstrate competencies required by a career at Deloitte.
Step Three: If, after your first interview, we think you have potential, you will be invited back once again. This time your interview will be more in-depth, and you’ll also get the chance to meet some of our trainees and to familiarize yourself with the working environment.
