Community investment
We don’t just invest in you and your career. We put a lot into helping people outside of our organisation, too – through our community investment programme. Whether you raise funds for our chosen charities, mentor secondary school children or spend a day gardening in an old peoples’ home, we’ll give you every opportunity to give something back.
Every year, in a variety of ways, literally thousands of Deloitte people contribute to our community investment programme. It plays an important part in helping to make Deloitte a great place to work, and our community projects have won several awards. But the key beneficiaries of our efforts are the people from all walks of life who face serious challenges in our local communities.

- Deloitte Disability Sport - which encourages and supports disabled people on their journey through sport from participation, through performance, to the podium.
- Skills and Education - we aim to provide a range of volunteering opportunities for our people and ensure that we are involved in shaping and informing the skills agenda.
- Charitable Giving - our people provide support to charity by giving their time and expertise through a range of fundraising, volunteering and pro-bono activities.
- The Environment - Deloitte not only wants to minimise its impact on the environment but also make an active contribution towards preserving it.
