Our breadth and depth of expertise enables us to work with FTSE 100 clients to help define, shape and successfully deliver some of their most complex technology projects. The quality of our technical skills is enhanced through our practical knowledge of implementation and our ability to team with each other. Our tools and methodologies add to the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of our work.
On joining Technology, you will be assigned a home within one of the seven service areas: Architecture & Analysis, which defines and shapes business transformation both at the enterprise level and at the individual programme or project level; Delivery, which provides advice and delivery support to our clients on their complex technology programmes; Development, which provides leading edge software design, development and testing with the associated management and support activities including configuration management and environments management; Analytics, which strives to help our clients derive value from the information available in their organisations to influence market focus, customer strategies, financial forecasting, performance management and operational processing; Effectiveness which advises clients on how to source, re-procure, transform and optimise their IT and associated services and advises clients on delivering efficient and effective IT functions; Infrastructure, which helps clients develop and implement strategies to build and manage their IT infrastructure and Security and Testing, providing deep technical skills and experience in the fields of information security, corporate security and testing. You can expect significant cross-service activities on many projects.
