working days. If you’re successful, we’ll invite you along to the next stage.
Online numerical tests
This online test, for which you’ll be given plenty of opportunity to practice beforehand, lasts around 30 minutes. It involves interpreting data presented in tables and graphs and using it to calculate your answer.
Please note that if you are successful at this stage your application may be subjected to a CV sift.
E-tray written exercise
Pass our online numerical test and this next stage – also completed online – involves choosing the best way to respond to emails that appear in your inbox, then writing your own email about a particular issue in the exercise. Again, you’ll have chance to practice beforehand.
If you’re successful with the online section, we’ll invite you for an interview with a trained interviewer from your chosen area of Deloitte Real Estate. This will last fifteen minutes and is competency based. It will allow you to learn more about our firm and culture.
Pass the first interview, and this one combines a presentation on a topic of your choice and a competency-based interview with a senior member of staff from the area you’re applying to join.
