Girls Night Out

Apart from having great auditors, Deloitte is also well known for throwing super awesome parties. We outdid ourselves when the ladies where invited to the premier of the movie “Crazy Stupid Love”, Friday evening 1 September 2011 was when it all began.

You could hear the crowd buzzing, smell the ladies’ sweet perfumes and see those curious eager eyes all beautifully made up. The theme was pink, which was a very good move because...Is there a lady who doesn’t like pink? Guests were greeted at the door by elegantly dressed charming Deloitte gentlemen in their suits and the ladies looking ever so gorgeous in their black cocktail dresses.

The only way you could get access inside was by draping a Pink feather Boa around your neck and having a Cosmopolitan in your hand. Cameras from the Paparazzi kept on flashing as you walked down the red carpet to the entertainment area. DEFINETLY STAR TREATMENT! Before the movie started, there was mingling, conversations and giggles in the entertainment area. The finger food smelt and tasted delicious and the drinks kept on coming. The sudden smell of popcorn confirmed that it was time for the movie and everyone was ushered into the cinema. The atmosphere inside was light, fun and filled with laughter as the romantic comedy forced the ladies to drool, cry and laugh. The pink goodie bags on the seats were filled with fun surprises. Judging from all the fun had, positive feedback and good laughs, it was definitely a night to remember.
